The Heizomat SPE 1600 is a high-throughput industrial pallet chipper designed for large-scale pallet recycling and biomass fuel production. Engineered as a stationary, electrically driven system, the SPE 1600 converts waste pallets, sheet-metal pallets and sawmill residues into consistent 30–50 mm fuel-grade wood chips. Built for continuous operation, it delivers serious efficiency gains for manufacturers, pallet yards, sawmills and biomass operators across New Zealand and Australia.

The SPE 1600 pallet shredding machine can process up to 80 pallets per hour, turning disposal waste into valuable biomass fuel. With its generous 1600 mm infeed width and extended support table, the system can handle oversized pallets up to 3000 x 1500 mm, including sheet-metal reinforced pallets.

Unlike smaller pallet grinders, the SPE 1600 is purpose-built for industrial environments where reliability, output consistency and metal separation are critical.

Wood chips are produced in the G30–G50 size range, making them ideal for commercial biomass heating systems.
