It doesn't matter whether it's pallets, boards, squared timber or sawmill residues - the Heizomat pallet chippers shred these things into high-quality wood chips and thus into valuable fuel.

The SPE 1300 is available for the hand-loaded version – the SPE 1600 is new to the range for the crane-loaded version. This is arranged horizontally, can also process sheet metal pallets in addition to classic pallets and has a larger infeed width.

Both the hand-loaded SPE 1300 and the crane-loaded SPE 1600 are equipped with a magnetic separator that separates the wood chips from metal such as nails, screws and sheet metal.

The SPE 1600 pallet chipper is a new Heizomat development and was specially designed for shredding pallets and sawdust into high-quality wood chips.

Natural pallets, which normally have to be disposed of, can be converted into a valuable fuel. The stationary operated machine produces full-value woodchips with a size of 30-50 mm. Up to 80 pallets can be shredded per hour. A great added value is the infeed width of 1600mm together with a long infeed and support table, which means that sheet metal pallets (3000mm x 1500mm) can be shredded without any problems.

The chipper has a replaceable counter blade and 43 cutting knives. Thanks to the forced feed, high throughputs are possible. The cutterbar is driven by a belt drive using an electric motor. By continuously measuring the power consumption, the SPE 1600 reverses in the event of an overload and switches off automatically when there is no more wood chippings.

The material is removed via screws and/or chain conveyors and can be planned individually so that it is built to suit every project.
